HOLIDAY Shipping Notice: December 18th, 2023, is the final day to place holiday orders.
Orders placed from December 19th, 2023 to January 1st, 2024 will be shipped out between January 2nd to January 14th, 2024. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from Melbourne, Victoria. Delivery is via Australia Post. We offer a $12 flat shipping rate for all orders.
Shipping rates are inclusive of all packaging & handling costs associated with your parcel. Please ensure your address is correctly entered.
We only offer standard delivery. Please allow extra time for your order.
Please note that during promotional periods, processing times may require an additional 2-3 days. We appreciate your understanding.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
If your order consists of "pre-order" and "available" items, please note that shipment will be done once the items are all on hand.
You may opt to shipped separately but you have to make different transaction.
DELIVERY
You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is dispatched, along with the courier’s website where you can track your order.
LOST, STOLEN & DELAYED PACKAGE
As a small family business we want you to understand that shipping is a service you purchase from Australia Post along with your order from us, any shipping issues must be handled by Australia Post but of course, we will help where we can.
We are not responsible for lost, held, delayed or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery or incorrect shipping info. Please directly lodge a claim through Australia Post.
